It’s finally time to talk about the latest version of UE Chat, which greatly needed an upgrade. Beta 2 (and even 2.1) was very glitchy, don’t get me wrong though it was a very powerful and good looking app. The chatting experience needed to be improved though, and something that looked like it belongs on a desktop didn’t seem to cut it for me. So it’s finally out, probably the most anxiously awaited redesign yet.
What makes this redesign so special? Well I’m not exactly sure how many weeks it took, but it’s probably close to 3 or 4. I was really busy, since June is my last month of school. Tomorrow is my last day of finals, so I’ve been studying a lot this week (right…). Besides how time consuming it was (I think I took a week to even designing the damn thing), I’ve been working hard to get a lot of problems solved. Continue reading…
