There is nothing worse than being bored to death during the holidays. The answer? Some free movies brought especially from one of my favorite sites, Hulu. Not only are movies a great way to spend time with your family, but the holiday season always brings this feeling of appreciation for this magic that we don’t have the other times of the year. Please realize that most of these are showing for limited times only, so don’t miss out! Continue reading…

I just finished watching a movie on Hulu and so I decided to share it with you. It’s entitled “Jackie Chan’s: The Myth” and stars Jackie Chan as Chinese general Meng Yi. However he also plays a modern role of an archaeologist named Jack with William who is his best friend and a scientist. There’s humor, action, and mystical fantasy in this movie so it’s a good watch. This will be my first rant, so hopefully I don’t get too much hate on this one but I want to talk about something that’s been on my mind lately. I am talking about the “average user” both computer and internet wise. Why? Well it’s a big problem actually, because many people who use the computer daily don’t even know much about it, even the basics. It’s finally time to talk about the latest version of UE Chat, which greatly needed an upgrade. Beta 2 (and even 2.1) was very glitchy, don’t get me wrong though it was a very powerful and good looking app. The chatting experience needed to be improved though, and something that looked like it belongs on a desktop didn’t seem to cut it for me. Beta 3 however aims to fix all these bugs and add features that should amaze. Continue reading…

Ah, the end of the world. The Mayans predicted it, Chinese monks knew about it, heck even I had a feeling inside. So what happens when human imagination, history, and most importantly science come together? Hollywood awesomeness. 2012 was released last week, I was planning to see it at the day of the premier opening but my plans weren’t put into action, but I finally saw it last night. I had an open opinion about this movie, so please sit back and read my review on one of the biggest movies this year, 2012. Continue reading…

Google Wave has been all the hype last month and is still a trending topic, but I finally received my invite to test out the preview and decided to give a tour of all the features.
