Sorry, no big updates today but I decided to make another screencast. Mostly to outline some plans for the site, how things are going, the subtle updates that are out, and what I thought of Michael Jackson’s: This Is It. There’s also this new game that’s coming out soon called DJ Hero. At first it gives kind of the wrong impression, as if it’s a Guitar Hero ripoff but for most I think it’s really cool. I personally can’t wait to check this out, because creating mashups of songs sounds cool but I’m sure there’s more to it than that. Also Guitar Hero was all about rock/metal type songs, but DJ Hero is more hip hop, pop, and rap which are my favorite genres. So before I go babbling on, check out the screencast below. Well guessing from the title already, you may already know that I’ll be leaving for a bit. Why? Well some of my relatives live in Ukraine (I’m a pretty big mix of cultures) so my mom, sister, and I will be visiting them again. At first I didn’t really want to go but after thinking how long they haven’t seen us, I changed my mind. I’m pretty excited right now, and mostly for the plane trip because I love flying. Today’s Father’s Day, yep probably the best time of the year for dads everywhere. At 1 o’clock this morning I made my dad this custom card in Photoshop and he really liked it. He’s always amazed at all the stuff I write, he says it’s humorous yet heart-touching. I did the same thing for Mother’s Day too, and my dad seemed to like the card I made for my mom as well. I remember when I used to go crazy for father’s day though, went out and bought a gift or something with cool cards and stuff, but I’m still planning to buy some sort of present this time too. Finally! I’m so happy that I’ve finished my finals today. I had my last two, English and Biology which very pretty easy. English was a bit harder than I thought, but biology was definitely mad easy. Most of it was just ecology questions and barely stuff we learned. I’m in honors bio so I guess that’s why, wasn’t too worried ’bout it though, it was a regents test. Continue reading…

Ohh yeaa know what that means? 2 weeks (more like 1 and a half actually) of no school. I can finally relax from all this stress and such. Oh and I hate how the school sends the report card like right in the beginning of a break, I mean it’s like they do it on purpose just to ruin your vacation! I was actually a bit happy about it this time though, ’cause my grades were higher than I thought. My highest was a 99 in wind ensemble, and my lowest was a 78 in geometry but everything else was in 90′s and high 80′s so I’m cool with it. Continue reading…

Yo, what’s up guys? So today I had my first track meet, and I think it went really well. All I ran was a 400 and 200 because I’m freshman and it was an invitational, but I came in 4th in both of them. My times were 75 seconds for the 400, and 32 seconds for the 200 which isn’t that great but for me it was ’cause I just joined track this spring and it was my first meet. Also I messed up on the 400 in the start so I’m pretty sure that screwed me up. Continue reading…

So um yea…it’s my birthday. Or as I like to refer to it, one year closer to death..but how cool is that! Anyways I’ve done nothing special, I’m 16 now which is gonna take a while to getting used to but I got to have some birthday cake, had an ok day at school, and we didn’t do anything intense in track.
