Kanye West To Appear On The Cleveland Show

Kenny West & Cleveland Jr.

Kenny West & Cleveland Jr.

Think you got enough of Kanye West? He interrupted both Taylor Swift and Justice vs Simian which got the whole country buzzing about Kanye, and his behavior. Personally I thought it was funny rather than rude, but I don’t want to start another controversial moment. You will however be getting more of Kanye West on this Sunday’s upcoming episode of The Cleveland Show.

Kenny West is the character that the production crew probably associated with Kanye West.  He comes up to Cleveland Jr. and tries to express his interests for a girl at a party, so he starts doing what he does best, rapping.

West has been made fun of before, if you remember the iconic episode from South Park where an auto-tuned song drops called “Gay Fish.” So not surprisingly, Kenny West starts off with a few insults towards Cleveland Jr., calling him a “lumpy, chunky, booger-eating chump.” Cleveland Jr. doesn’t take none of that though, so he responds with “You think you can rhyme man your flow is amateur, I’m a nerd I can smoke you in iambic pentameter.” For those of you who are confused, an iambic pentameter is used in poems with certain rhymes and number of words on each line. It doesn’t end there though, it continues to get even funnier as Cleveland Jr. ends  with giving Kenny the finger and rapping “On the DVD this will be pixelated.” Continue reading…

Exclusive Iron Man 2 Clips

Whiplash from Iron Man 2

Whiplash from Iron Man 2

Iron Man 2 has been getting a lot of buzz lately, especially with all the new things destined for excitement in this upcoming movie. Some may argue that the first Iron Man did not have many special effects, or as great of a plot to be told. These arguments may be proven to be false in the sequel, and you can get a few sneak peekswith these exclusive clips.

What you will see first is a scene from the Monaco Grand Prix with Tony Stark a.k.a. Iron Man competing in the race. He however gets interrupted by the arrival of Ivan Vanko, better known as Whiplash. The cool thing about this Whiplash guy is his electric bullwhips, which are forces not to be dealt with. Iron Man learns this the hard way by having to face him head on, however his suite is not a match for him. On the topic of Stark’s suit, it is now portable which means you will see him actually transform into Iron Man right on the race track. Continue reading…

Details Of Avatar 2 Revealed

James Cameron has created many worlds for us movie goers. From the never-ending romance of Titanic to the nuclear underwater adventure in The Abyss, it’s no surprise that Avatar 2 will take place in the oceans of the moons on Pandora.

Avatar had a gross sum of over $2.7 billion all around the world. It captured every single person that has watched the movie, and absorbed them into the world of Pandora. It took place in a luscious rainforest of a network of plants and of course, the Na’vi themselves.

The sequel however, to be named Avatar 2: The Abyss has been talked about ever since the release of the first film will take place on another moon that surrounds the gas planet of Polyphemus. Cameron told the LA Times, “Part of my focus in the second film is in creating a different environment — a different setting within Pandora and I’m going to be focusing on the ocean on Pandora, which will be equally rich and diverse and crazy and imaginative, but it just won’t be a rain forest. I’m not saying we won’t see what we’ve already seen; we’ll see more of that as well.” James Cameron also said that he wants to explore the many other moons of Pandora, but we will probably have to wait for Avatar 3 for that, if it will come to be. Cirque Du Soleil & Michael Jackson Team Up

Michael Jackson

Michael Jackson

Cirque du Soleil, the Canadian acrobatic performing group announced that they will be doing a show based on the music of Michael Jackson. The live tour will be starting late next year and will be followed by another production in Vegas in 2012. The casino is owned by the company MGM Mirage Inc. but the exact details of which venue the performance will be in is not sure.

Michael Jackson was a huge fan of this circus group; he saw their first tent show in Santa Monica, California many years ago with longtime lawyer and now estate co-executor, John Branca.

It makes a lot of sense, since Michael said that he was an acrobat himself, and transformed the visual into his dance moves and performances. The performance will feature Michael Jackson styling as well as unreleased recordings. Continue reading…

Naughty Naughty, Gizmodo

iPhone 4G Prototype

iPhone 4G Prototype

Probably by now, you’ve heard of Gizmodo getting their hands on a prototype of the next version of the iPhone, 4th generation. If not, here’s how the story went. A 27 year old software engineer for Apple was at a German beer garden. It was on his barstool, at the Gourmet Haus Straut and was disguised in a custom case to look like an iPhone 3Gs. He was apparently field testing the prototype unit, but the folks over at Gizmodo paid $5000 for someone that has found it to get their greedy hands on it.

They were arguing over whether to publish an article on the future device (which of course, they have) or to call the police. I personally don’t see this as something to call the police about, perhaps Apple themselves but the police shouldn’t be bothered with about a prototype phone, which I guess could be a crime but not to the level of the police. Read on to check out exclusive pics, videos, and info. Continue reading…

School Spies On Students Through Webcams

School Spies On Students

School Spies On Students

Would you be outraged if you realized that the laptop your school gave you were actually being used to spy on you? One student definitely was.

Harriton High School in Pennsylvania had a lawsuit filed against them by the family of Blake Robbins, who was the victim of having pictures taken of him without his knowledge. The school gave out Macbooks to help in education, but also had software for tracking them if they were to be lost. This was not the case with Blake, as well as many other students. Thousands of pictures and recordings were taken of them when they were at home using the laptops. Many pictures were even taken when the students were undressed, and an official even mistook Blake for selling drugs, when it was simply a piece of candy.

The remote surveillance was first found out when Robbins was confronted by his assistance principle. He told Good Morning America on ABC, “They are invading my house. They might as well be sitting in my room watching me without my knowing.” Continue reading…

Chloe Grace Moretz, Kick-Ass Star

Chloe Grace (Hit-Girl)

Chloe Grace (Hit-Girl)

I bet that by now, you’ve probably heard of Chloe Grace, otherwise known as Hit-Girl from the movie Kick-Ass. The interesting part is that the movie is rated R, and Chloe is just a pre-teen.

In the movie, you see her swearing like a sailor while kicking butts and taking names. She isn’t the main star of Kick-Ass, true, but her age has definitely sparked up a lot of talk about her. Yahoo! reports that searches for “chloe moretz” has increased by a mind blowing 3,423% in the past 24 hours, putting her up there in the top 250 overall search terms.

Chloe does seem to have a lot of acting talent however, so props to her for that. As her superhero face, Hit-Girl, she can also really move with great skill and makes the movie more interesting to watch. Continue reading…

Eminem’s Big News: Recovery Album

Eminem's Recovery Album Art

Eminem's Recovery Album Art

When Eminem tweeted this morning that there was no Relapse 2 coming out, he meant business. This may come to confuse many fans of the MC, but he stated, “I had originally planned for Relapse 2 to come out last year, but as I kept recording and working with new producers, the idea of a sequel to Relapse started to make less and less sense to me, and I wanted to make a completely new album. The music on Recovery came out very different from Relapse, and I think it deserves its own title.”

Recovery will feature many great artists such as DJ Khalil, Just Blaze, Jim Jonsin and Boi-1da, as well as others and will be released this summer, June 22nd. This will be his seventh major label studio album, and his album before Recovery, Relapse made the charts at #1 and, at nearly double platinum, was the best selling rap album of last year, and also earned Eminem his 11th Grammy award. Hopefully we will see Em’s latest album hit the boards once again, as well as some great singles, collabos, and rhymes. Continue reading…

Music is a big part of our lives, wherever we are. A lot of us in fact base our lives majorly around music, due to its great popularity and unique way of communication. My life does, and here’s a short brief through it. First I wake up to my phone’s alarm, which changes occassionaly from On To The Next One by Jay-Z to Pants On The Ground. Then I might turn the TV on for music videos or rarely, the news. After getting ready for school, I listen to the radio in the car or take my mp3 player if I’m walking that day. I listen to my collection most of the day, sometimes even in class. When I get home, it’s back to blasting  more music either from my laptop or the TV.

Okay so enough of my life, here’s a list of the top music based TV shows. Feel free to add your own in the comments.
