The rumors were around, and they were true. The brand new network is finally here and to stay! You as the user gets a ton of new and awesome features like custom profile themes! You can create them or check out the collection. I will be making some and posting them up for you to use and edit to your liking. Also all the features we all love from a network is here, that means video uploading, music uploading, custom widgets, profiles, message boards, mailing system, and much more. The forum is pretty much dead, I think you know that or perhaps you didn’t even know about it. Well I’m thinking that it’s too much for me to promote the forum as well as other stuff, so instead I think I will close it down and switch to the community discussions located at: http://community.myunv.co.cc/content/discussions/discussioncategories.aspx which are also kinda dead but will give me the opportunity to advertise them more instead of the forum. Yesterday, I was out for the whole day for this Carnegie Hall thing. As you may know, I live in New York and my wind ensemble teacher thought it was a good idea to get her wife’s school, who is also a music director and get the 2 bands together and play at a famous concert hall here in NYC in Times Square. I mentioned this in my last post but lots of great musicians performed there so it was a great privilege. (more…)

Haven’t posted in a while, so I wanted to update you guys on what’s going on. Well if you must know, my French teacher, Mrs. Gallegos, has started giving pop quizzes and stuff ’cause we have “bad study habits.” Yea, I failed both of them. She said there’d be a quiz Friday but then she just gives one the next day with stuff she knew we didn’t study. I think a lot of people failed them. Other than that, everyone’s been okay. I did not too bad on the midterms, not as great as I thought though. I think it was a 92 in Global History, and 85’s in Biology and French. I thought that was really weird cause social studies was always my worst subject but somehow I seemed to do great on the “big” tests such as the finals. I got like a 98 once when I’ve been getting 80’s all year. (more…)
